It takes real courage to face possible doubts, fears and despair and consider significant change in your life. However, seeking help can be just the first step in an incredibly rewarding journey of healing and self-discovery.

Whether you are experiencing stress or are overwhelmed with anxiety and depression, therapy works by creating a caring and non-judgmental space in which beneficial healing and growth can take place. My approach matches various techniques such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to the individual needs of my clients. I also incorporate the teaching of behavioral coping skills such as controlled breathing and other mindfulness techniques as well as communication and problem-solving skills coaching. I specialize in individual therapy with adults for anxiety, trauma, depression and stress but also have experience in work with dissociation, grief and loss, anger, addictions, performance enhancement and emotional issues around money.

I am currently seeing clients via "tele-health" (video conferencing) only. I also offer a free twenty minute initial consultation.
